The Swans strolled to a comfortable 3-0 victory against a lacklustre Blackburn side that all but confirms another season in the Premier League for Brendan Rodgers men.
Gylfi Sigurdsson opened the scoring on 37 minutes with his first goal in front of the home fans. A nicely worked goal for Nathan Dyer and a Scott Dann own goal after a mazy run into the penalty area by Scott Sinclair secured all three points for the Swans.
With both sides coming into the game on the back of four straight league defeats this should have been a tightly faught contest. Blackburn though never got going and with Swansea quickly finding their rhythm they dominated possession from the start.
Gylfi Sigurdsson got the first goal, curling a superb left footed effort over Paul Robinson from the corner of the penalty area.
Blackburn, already low on confidence were their own worst enemy from this point. Steven Nzonzi blindly played a pass back across his penalty area only for Danny Graham to intercept and force a sharp save from Robinson low to his left.
The Swans doubled their advantage soon after, jumping on a mistake by Dann who failed to clear properly. The ball fell to Sinclair who looked like shooting but slipped the ball to Graham, he in turn fed the ball across the 6 yard box to Dyer who sliced his shot but it still found the net.
Swansea's third may have found its way past Robinson in a rather fortunate manner but there was nothing fortunate about the way in which Sinclair found the space to create the Swans third of the afternoon. Picking the ball up wide on the left he jinked his way past three defenders before cutting the ball back to Sigurdsson who's shot hit the post, only for it to rebound off the unfortunate Dann and over the goalline.
Blackburn did come close to pulling one back, David Dunn crashing a right footed effort against the post from outside the penalty area.
